Key points

  • Apply to a dry scalp, not the hair
  • 1 ml solution or half a capful of foam
  • Let it dry for 2–4 hours before washing
  • Wash your hands afterwards

01

Solution

Make sure your scalp is dry. Part your hair in rows over the thinning area and apply 1 ml using the dropper or spray, then gently spread it with your fingertips. Don't use a hairdryer to speed drying.

02

Foam

Run your hands under cold water and dry them, so the foam doesn't melt. Dispense half a capful onto your fingers and massage it into the scalp over the thinning area.

03

Fitting it into your day

Apply after your morning shower and a couple of hours before bed so it's dry before your head touches the pillow. If you miss a dose, just carry on — don't double up.

Frequently asked questions

Strength, frequency, indications and precautions vary by product. The leaflet for the product you are using always takes priority over general advice.
